Bought a hurricane ob in 2013 at Syracuse boat show.sales and delivery excellent along with a great boat.all good til I needed service work this month. I get it is boating season but 4 to 5 weeks wait time on service. Was told lost a mechanic, extremely busy ,blah,blah.i own a business and have never been behind 4 to 5 weeks on anything for over 40 yrs.hire more people, selling is one thing, taking care of customers that spend 30 k on boat is another. Was extremely disappointed. Needless say,after a few more phone calls,I was able to get my problem fixed in two days.pays to know someone willing to help out when you need um.i will continue to seek services elsewhere and purchase my next boat from someone different.
