The wedding at the beach was the most boring thing ever. wedding ceremony was in the evening of 27th jan and was not handled in the best way. people who stay in the hotel have to suffer from the boring atmosphere ever and noone is trying to fix it. front office manager Lily as she said that i have to handle it with the wedding guests themselves as she has nothing to do being a "front office:"manager. she even raised her voice at me which is very irrespective towards to guests who pay money. being a hotelier i dont expect people talking this way as a manager and i would love to meet General manager to discuss the incident. as it doesnt mean that any front line staff can speak irrespectable to guests and this i dont think so in the marriott policy.
