The customer service here is horrible even if you leave detailed messages and emails. I needed to know the pay amount, address, time I needed to arrive and pediatric pre-op instructions for my two children. I was left an voicemail that told me to go to their website which you could barely hear and they didn't spell out the name of the facility and didn't answer all my questions. My pre-op instructions were general and on the website, not specified for my children. I had to call my doctor's office to get general information. They will call you the day before your surgery but if your surgery is on a Monday, prepare to be annoyed because they when they call Friday, you'd better hope they don't leave you a message because you won't be able to call back and talk to anyone. I'm so glad that over the weekend they had a water leak and my kids surgery was moved to a different facility because I did not want to deal with this office staff or the pre-op nurse.
