I have been with Dorschel since the late 80's and continually say I am there because of the service department. The professionalism and expertise of each member of the service team is unbelievable--I have had the pleasure of working with Patrick Velten--I could NOT be treated with more dignity, respect and professionalism than I have been by Pat. I mentioned to him last week that one could actually do a research project on how the customers are treated there. Thank you Pat
