Place is not that comfortable if you have to wait....

Place is not that comfortable if you have to wait. Excessive wait time to check in. Car sometimes comes out greasy inside of the salon with mechanic's dirty fingertips all over. They don't cover the seats or take any precaution to keep the inside of the car clean. In addition, it's always a problem to schedule service. They don't pick up the phone. Have to call several times every time. Can you believe this place sells $70K-$100K cars?
