Don't rent from this company.. my heat is out.. they said they fixed it.. and five minutes later NO HEAT..it is winter in Michigan and no heat. They rigged it instead of fixing it....i would give them less than one star if I could.. maintenance is horrible... I'm sure the owner will reply with "I'm sorry " standard canned response... nothing being done
