Their customer service is horrible. I barely write any bad reviews online, but I had to on this one. Long story short, the office lady would not connect me to the manager even if she cannot answer my question :) Below is the full story if you are interested.

------------------------------------
So the law states that landlords cannot deny individual with support animal as long as an ESA letter is provided, even if there is a no-pet policy. My ESA letter was delayed so I emailed them to wanting to make sure that they will accept my ESA letter once I got it.

They simply replied that I need to provided a letter from a licensed doctor, not therapist, stating the animal is for medical purposes. For those of you that don't know, an ESA letter can be issued by any licensed mental health professional, which includes a licensed therapist. When I called in to get an explanation on why not a therapist, the office lady told me that only her manager can answer my question and her manager is off for the week and there is "no way" that she can reach her manager. I tried my best to understand her at this point. I quoted all the law statements along with a request for an explanation on why not a therapist and emailed them in for when the manager get back.

One week later, here comes the most frustrating part. After reading(maybe not) all the laws statements I sent in, the manager simply replied that they need a doctor's note. No explanation was given about why not a therapist!!!!! I called in for the explanation. The office lady answered the phone again. I straight up asked for the manager and GUESS WHAT. The office lady checked the reply to my email and told me that the message would be the same even if I talk to the manager and refuse to connect me to the manager! EXCUSE ME??? I can't even talk to the manager for clarification??? The way she said it was rude and that there was no room for negotiation.

Oh yea, when I told the office lady that maybe this is why they get so many bad reviews online, she said, "there's nothing that we can do about that." :)
