Tech showed up on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem quickly, explained to me what the problem was and had the tools to fix it on the spot. I feel like the replacement part (a capacitor) was a little over priced, but the price includes installation and the convenience of on the spot repair. I am satisfied with my experience and will be a returning customer
