The office was very unhelpful in scheduling an appointment. It took almost 15 emails to finally even get the forms to fill out for requesting an appointment. I offered to pay out of pocket, or with one of two possible insurances, and was told that they will not schedule an appointment until my new insurance kicks in, even if I pay out of pocket or self-pay. The staff was VERY unhelpful and did not seem to care about taking me on as a patient. Very disappointed, especially after I was so hopeful after reading so many good reviews.
