I just started working at Randall Mechanical, inc....

I just started working at Randall Mechanical, inc. I really like the professionalism. I feel as a new hire, not to mention new to the industry; they really look out for their workers. This is a company I would love to be a part of. Thank you for the opportunity you have given me.

Randall is very racist and unprofessional. Almost ...

Randall is very racist and unprofessional. Almost 100% hispanics work there because the white plumbers don't accept to get pay 15 dollars and hour. Pollo one of the foremans is the worst. Very cunning and doesn't even write or speaks the english language. Had to do the reports every day for him, talk to the project managers for him and call in for broke down equipment etc, etc. Every time I went to a job using there t shirts with the logo of Randall mechanical the plumbers that had work there before said to me that they where sorry I worked there and the ones that didn't work for Randall in the past said that they heard pretty bad stuff about that company. Luis the general manager is the one reason I think Randall is going to lose business and go down in size and may be belly up in the near future. Always heard from all my coworkers that he was a no good SOB. If the that pull the rug under your feet the first week you are there because they don't like you because they think that you are going to step over them as leader they will definitively will work out a plan to do it like pollo and company did. Polls Dad my immediate supervisor told me that Luis the General manager of Randall said that there was no more work that he call me when work was available. When I talk to Luis by cell phone he said that he didn't even know that I wasn't working. I went in and talked to him and said to give him a day or two to send me to a new project. The fallowing week I got fire for lack of performance. I went to get my last pay check and didn't singned that paper stating that I didn't agree with that and that I did the part of a project manager combine with a plumber. Luis was not there and the paper was not even signed by him. So I left and is been the most rewarding experience that this happened to me because I am working for the biggest plumbing Co. in the USA and getting very well pay as a foreman.
My recommendation to you is to satay away from that miserable company. Ask around other examples and you will hear similar stories or worst.

I was paid well, but if you are not in with the "Cool Kids" it will be very difficult to work here. Management does not want to work hard. Expect to work many hours while never seeing you supervisor even come into work. You shall watch management play while you work. I also noticed that they have to hire from out of town, because the people who live locally know better than to work there.

DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I know two people that work for them (my bf and my roommate).... They do NOT pay what is owed to the employees! They will actually argue with the employee so they won't have to pay them! My bf would work at least 50 hours a week, and Randall will only pay him for 40. They will not pay him the overtime he worked! This has been going on for months!!
