I never expect much from HOAs but this place is the bottom of the barrel. Vague notices for fines, recurring fines, terrible customer service and lack of reasonability seem to be their MO. They only send notices via mail and have a terrible web portal for paying and maintaining payments for HOA dues. Clearly trying to make it as difficult as possible to pay anything or keep payments updated so they can continue to levy fines. The poor workers at this place must get commission on the fines they levy. If you can, avoid dealing with them at all costs. Full disclosure - Yes I got fined and had a terrible experience dealing with the personnel there. I've never been treated more unfairly or disrespected as much as my saga with them.
