The physician's office I work for joined with I-Evolve about a year ago after having poor experiences and subpar work with our previous IT company. As the liaison, I was worried that we would end up in the same situation. I was promised that we would be well taken care of at I-Evolve and that our concerns would be attended to in an acceptable time frame and services done to completion on the first visit.
I am very pleased to say that we continue to have great service and great customer service. The techs are courteous and professional and get the job done successfully. Their easy to use website allows me to submit tickets online and am able to see all notes and updates to those tickets. If I do call the help desk, I am always greeted by a friendly voice. It means a lot to speak with a person and have my concerns heard and forwarded to a tech that will take care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend I-Evolve for their knowledgeable technicians and outstanding customer service.
