I attended a work event here today and was stuck in the elevator with 17 people for over half an hr to 45 minutes. While we called both 911 and an engineer we were not given water or fresh air and finally had to crawl through the door while assisted by fire services and the hotel only offered water! Do not stay or attend this venue. I called several times and asked for the doors to be open so we could breath! The attendant at the desk said on the phone it was already being taken care of. While we had no updates or confirmation.
