Rachelle is awesome and she went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I desired. I haven't brought any other make than Ford since the 90s. I decided to look outside my Ford favorites and found a GMC Terrain that I really like and wanted. Rachelle wouldn't give up even when I was going to just wait until I could get the payment and vehicle I desired.
