A shame, much like Portugal ...
3 months for an appointment to redo the identity document, in 15 days it is ready and there amazement, 2 months of waiting to be able to recover it !!!! Just unimaginable
The welcome and the service as usual more than mediocre, small people who take the users down, not a smile not the slightest impatience, no effort
And then the hostess speaks to us in Brazilian, there is not a problem there !!? !!
In short, poor of us who have no choice ...
