I was blown away by the wonderful customer service...

I was blown away by the wonderful customer service at Carolinas Home Medical Equipment. The technician who replaced the wheels on my son s older wheelchair did an excellent job and went out of his way to help me. He was able to fix the chair while I waited!!! The whole experience from my initial phone call to my time on site was pleasant. What a refreshing change as recently I have had several negative experiences in other Charlotte area medical supply stores. Thank you Carolina s Home Medical Equipment, Inc.
