We hired Quality 1st Basement Systems this past May 2015. Beginning with Juan Gonzalez, Operations Manager, we have nothing but good things to say. His professionalism, knowledge and honesty made us feel at ease leaving us with confidence in hiring this company. What he proposed we received, from the moment the crew arrived to the final walk thru of the finished project. Juan Garcia, Senior Foreman was present at all times. He answered all of our questions and concerns leaving us 100 % satisfied with our finished waterproof basement. We will strongly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to our friends and family. In fact, the family that has recently visited are simply amazed to see what our basement looks like now flawless, clean and dry versus our original moldy, smelly and damp basement. Knowing that our kids can safely play and enjoy our basement gives us peace of mind and this is all due to the choice we made.
