I stayed here almost for 3 monthsas it is a hostel cum lodge. The place is very peaceful. The building is stone throw distance from menaculumn junction. Some good shops are there and auto is there to go anywhere through out the day. The main problem starts when someone stays long using it as a hostel. Aquaguard water is too bad abd smelly as the filter is changed seldomly. Bath water is also yellowish and smelly as they don't clean the water tanks. To eat dinner people has to order to nepali dhaba as no other option is there and the food is very oil and spicy and costly too. The caretaker Charles is a very disturbing person who makes problem with everything. He also disturbs people who are working at night after 12 and forces them to switch off the light to reduce electricity bill even after paying Rs.9000 per month for those small rooms in that location outside the city. Lot of things are being stolen by the staffs, so if you are keeping anything outside the locker and going to office, there is a high chance that you will not see that after returning. So if are staying for a week or something, its good but better not stay for more than a month using it as a hostel.
