I live in Florence,MS.One day I was looking for a used CRV when I found one on Richards Honda web site.I phoned the dealership and they let me speak to a salesperson named Alvin Washington.Mr. Washington told me to come on in and we could probably make a deal.I explained to him that I was about two and one half hours away.He said no problem that he would assure me of a certain amount for my trade.Well I left my home and got to Richards Honda at 4PM.Alvin was there waiting for me.He welcomed me to his turf and showed me the CRV. It was exactly what I wanted.Alvin gave me the deal he promised! At 6PM ,I was on my way in a freshly washed CRV. Best 2hrs I ever spent at any dealership!!!!! Thank you Mr Alvin Washington.
