As a bar, this place is pretty mediocre. Pros are that they have a fun atmosphere--downstairs is full of bar games, middle floor has mini-golf, and upstairs is a pool-themed rooftop. Most of the people who work here are super friendly. It's huge so you can almost always find space to hang out with your friends. Cons are that the drinks are pretty weak and their beer selection is pretty average. The quality also varies from bar to bar--the margaritas you get on the rooftop are smaller/weaker than the ones you get downstairs.

However, as a restaurant, I think this place is underrated. I wish that they had more seating for table service (less than half the space is available for full service seating, even during dinner hours), but the food is pretty great. They have massive portions of Tex Mex food that's prepared with quality ingredients and is pretty flavorful for Tex Mex. Definitely check out the nachos--they're yuuuuge--and the fish tacos. Downside? I don't think there's anything "healthy" on the menu. They also have a few dishes I'd avoid, namely the "charred" wings, which are just burnt (regular wings are fine), and the chicken sandwich (the chicken is good, but it inexplicably comes in a Greek pita). If you're just down to chow down on some Tex Mex in a chill environment, I would say H Street Country Club hits the spot.
