As a Platinum Elite member, I was upgraded to a pool access room. Breakfast was also complimentary

Something even more amazing was how I was provided a special phone with direct access to guest relations, who helped arranged everything we needed. Thanks so much to Nacho for the great welcome.

Breakfast was great - includes an array of fruit, salad, usual eggs and bacon breakfast, and asian cuisine. There was also a pancake and waffle station.

Juices and espresso type of coffee were also included.

Rooms were nice, but you can tell that the hotel has been around for a while. But the service more than makes up for this.

Only issue really is that it s not easy to get to the town, but they do provide shuttle service a few times a day - make sure to call up to reserve your seat.
