I ordered online on 08/10/19 and yet my laptop has...
I ordered online on 08/10/19 and yet my laptop has still not shipped. All if the representatives I have talked have no idea why it has not shipped. However, I had one tell me it was because my laptop was extremely popular and that is why it has not shipped because your company ran out of the laptop I ordered. Now I know that is a lie because no major computer manufacturer runs out of computers. Him and another representative told me they would email by the end of each day I talked to them. I was a loyal customer to Lenovo but no longer. Horrible customer service because no customer service representative understands that I need that laptop immediately for school.
