I really wanted to like this place. The menu, the beer, the concept all looked really promising. I ve been to both locations, and have had poor experiences at each. Our latest visit was at the Littleton location. We arrived at 4:30pm (hoping to miss any long lines) and still experienced long wait times for our food. My wife s Goliath burger showed up small, sad, overcooked, and missing key ingredients from the menu description. By the time her new food arrived, my kids and I were finished with our meal. The waitress said she would ask the manager to take off the burger from the bill. The manager only offered to take off half of the burger price, and never arrived at our table to offer any apology. My potato wedges were brought out completely unseasoned. No Bbq rub as the menu promised. The kids meals were passable, but all of our portions seemed small for the price. Also no salt and pepper on the tables. Strange.
At the Evergreen location we experienced long wait times for mediocre food as well. We ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel for dessert, and the kitchen once again took about 25 minutes to bring out the order. Once again no apology. The pretzel had no sugar on it, and had so much cinnamon that it was not only spicy, but uncomfortably hot which made the dessert course inedible.

Overall I think that someone, somewhere, knows what they are doing the menu planning, the vibe, the beers. The kitchen execution and communication however, is lacking at best. This place could really make a killing as a community watering hole and dinner joint. But without some fast changes and attention to details, I fear it will experience the same fate as its predecessor and succumb to the ever-growing competition in Littleton.
