This service doesn't do what they promise on thei...

This service doesn't do what they promise on their website. Still didn't receive my certificate for the PCR-test yet in my email. Now it is 1 day and 6 hours since I did the test. According their website I should receive te certifacte the same day.....it seems just a lie.
Now I am stuck in Newark, and cannot travel further.
Who is going to pay the extra costs involved?
PS. I did the test at Sydney international airport on the 16th of February 2021 at around 10 am
