Red card is a mediocre sports bar, standard pub food and beer. Nothing remarkable at all. The only redeemable thing about this place was this one server. Who I was just told no longer works there. This is terribly sad because she was a lovely person, always quick with a joke and a wonderful welcoming smile. Just not the same anymore.

I ate dinner here lastnight and had a pizza. I have frequented many pizza places in Yaletown and I never end up eating the crust, but I devoured every inch of this pizza. They have had a recent change up in the kitchen and it absolutely showed through the quality of food.
The new Irish bartender Andrew is amazing (and adorable) and the General Manager Alan was attentive across the entire space, especially during COVID. Love coming here to watch Golf and Rugby. I always end up meeting someone new. Definitely has a Sports Bar vibe and is very relaxed. Highly recommend if you are new to this City and want to meet people.
My only recommendation is surrounding the music. It can be a little all over the place sometimes and the vibe can be confusing sometimes. However, Alan is now putting Spotify on during weekend nights and it s made such a difference!

Had the Tuna burger, was really good, thick slices of good quality tuna with well balanced garnishes. Had the garden salad side, also very good, came with goats cheese, great feature for a house salad. Quick, pleasant service, good value. Would go back.

Great spot for sports on TV. Pick a game, any game, they can probably find it for you. Great find for US or European tourists looking for their own football. Ask for Alan, he'll make you happy.

Food was average. Pizzas were undercooked and soft/soggy on the bottom and nachos were soggy and had a lot of unmelted cheese. Service was friendly and beer selection was good. Overall just an ok experience.

Most people don't pay attention to Thierry dishes when then get there meal ordered, but I do, it my specialty considering that dishwashing is my life's work. Now since dishwashing is a craft that I'm so adroit at I can tell things that the the commonplace citizen would not even notice. So with saying all that I must admire the work in the craft that this fine establishment puts in in dishwashing. It almost reminds me of my work and that in itself is saying something notworththy. So cheers to me fell artists hidden in the back, take pleasure in knowing that your work is admirable.

Regular sports bar like any other . Food was decent . Felt like the staff was not as attentive as they could be . That was my experience . If you want a pint and watch sports it has all you need there .

I always enjoy stopping in at Red Card (I work around the corner a few days each week). The staff are friendly and professional. They'll leave you alone if you want but they're there if you need them. The food is done well and I've learnt that they do much of the work in house (eg, grinding the meats on-site rather than buying it already done). The menu changes regularly, so there is always something new to try, along with my regular items. They have a good selection of beers on tap, plus a selection of bottles, plus wine and cocktails.

Was a pretty average sports bar but I loved the shuffleboard table. I'm not sure if its a Canadian thing but they had it set up like a Curling...rink? Me and my friends made up some rules for it and it was a great time.

Door man was very rude. On the phone they indicated they would play the basketball game, but refused to do so while we were here. When we had politely asked, the staff mentioned "that's too bad bad, you should have went elsewhere". By now we've already ordered food. Poor service and will NEVER come back

The service in this places is so efficient and the prices are fair good. Additionally, food and drinks have great savory and quality standards. As a foreigner I could say that you will feel in a great atmosphere sorrounded by cool people.

Here is my guess... owner has too much money to care about this place and the service it provides. I come here often because it is right down from my house and shows all UFC fights. However, guy at the door charging cover is just rude, dry, and not happy to be here. Food is fine. Waitresses are nice but service overall lacks. There is a TV that keeps cutting out for the past two months, for good sakes, fix it. And guy at the door, smile, be nice, maybe this bar will start filling up. It is a great room but the culture is hurting. Need to clean house and get rid of this gentleman at the door.

Don't watch a ufc fight here. Not because they charge $15 per person, or because they have terrible seating arrangements for events. Because the manager organizing the seating is completely incapable of doing a job as a HOST. He was telling people they have to wait for the whole party to arrive before being seated, while seating others just fine. Creating a huge traffic jam in the entry way. Terrible customer service and an over all rude demeanor. Thank God for the servers though. They apologized, even though I didn't feel it was their fault. Embarrassing. I'd sooner go to PHAT or Doolins. :(

Tried this place out last week and had a good time. Lots of screens to watch the UFC, decent amount of seating, $10 cover for UFC night which is cheaper than The Pint. They serve rum n eggnog too.

Very reliable place to catch the fights for UFC PPVs and also dependable for having the televised prelims playing on several monitors, regardless of other live sporting events. Food menu could be expanded though.

I enjoyed my time at this place, I had the best burrito in Vancouver (those o tried), the beer was very good. The staff handled me very kindly, they noticed that I was from abroad. The service was fast, I didn t have to wait too much. The price was ok, it matched the quality of food, beer, etc. The sports on TV were good, lots of TVs

I've been going here to watch sporting events for the last few months. The food has been extremely good from burgers to pasta and fries to salads. This place seems to know how to cater to sports fans by giving them lots of choices ( basketball, hockey and soccer). Service has been polite, professional and very prompt. A very good experience to say the least!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed watching the Canucks game there last night, though we nearly missed the first goal because they got the times wrong (thought 7:30 start) and I had to ask them to switch from another game (not a big deal, but a downtown Vancouver bar devoted to sports should be on it). Satisfying meal and decent selection of beers on tap. Four of five only because I have some favs around the city that have a livelier atmosphere.

Went to watch GoT there, all their machines broke down including their atm, my party had to walk down trans across the street to get to one. This meant all of us were charged a service fee. The food was alright, not worth the prices in my opinion, and the waitress kept bringing us machine after machine while we were trying to watch the concluding 10 minutes. On top of everything, they offered zero compensation for the inconvience. Anywhere I've worked before if all machines break down and guests are unable to pay in house it's a free meal. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fed my vegan friend a beef burger, server says its ok we won't charge, and the Manager is arguing with him, super good for a non-functional pub/bar.
I guess their reviews are all because of the games they play. Pls don't go for good beer or food.

This is a spacious sports bar with lots of screens, and a somewhat industrial vibe.

Our server went the extra mile to let us watch a particular sport on our own set of screens while hockey was on everywhere else. They also had my favourite beer, so positive all around.

We didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food.

This place is totally a sports bar. I can see this place packed with Canucks fans on a game night, and people with pints of beer. The TVs are just every where in this bar. They were huge, and above all the heads and when ever you turn your head, you see one right there.

I love the decor here, as the walls are painted in red and with weird and fancy prints. The amazing sports quotes along the kitchen side of the wall, and the weird lanterns hanging from the ceiling is very eccentric.

The food here is just on par for me. The fries were drenched in oil, and the small sliders were not as good as I want it to be. The sliders were big though, I am not sure if I should call them sliders.

We were only in Vancouver for a few days and wanted to catch the women's world cup match, USA v France, a quick Google search let us know this might be a spot that would show it... And so it was! They had the game on the whole sound system, though there were some technical difficulties at the beginning, nothing that took away from the game, and the bartender quickly resolved it. Good beers on draft and the cheesy bread was bomb!

Used to have great food that came at a premium price that was justified. Unfortunately they had a change up in the kitchen and the pizzas we ordered both of them were made incorrectly the first time. One was missing ingredients listed on menu and the other they cooked ingredients that were supposed to be added at the end. The second pizzas they brought were undercooked slightly but ended up making the pizza worse than a dominos pizza. They charge about $16+ per entree including pizzas. It s sad because we loved the place the last time we were there just a couple weeks ago.

I went for a Sharks playoff game when I was in town. It's a very nice and clean place. I only got to enjoy their happy hour lager, so I can't rate their food (but it looked and smelled good). It's a great sports bar atmosphere.

I guess they pass on their beer and no shortage of TVs but truly flop on their wings. So ... don't go their hungry. I think it's sad when a bar can't master a bar-staple - wings. They are over priced for super small wings - ultimate rip off.

My husband is a huge Oregon Ducks fan - always such a pain to get a Pac 12 game here in Canada. We called Red Card and was told they would be playing this year's season opener. When we got there they weren't playing it (can't get Pac 12). The bar manager Alan went above and beyond and streamed the game from his personal phone on one of the TV's for us! We ate... great food...and drank... and thoroughly enjoyed watching the Ducks blowing out S. Utah 77-21! Thanks again Alan!

I generally liked the ambiance of the place, service was good, and they show a lot of soccer matches.

However, I found that the food was completely sub-par. I ordered a steak sandwich and while the steak wasn't significantly overcooked or anything, there was a complete lack of seasoning. I don't think they put any salt on the steak at all.
