This hotel does not match the quality nor professionalism that I expect from Hilton. When we first arrived at the hotel, there was a wedding reception being held in the lobby. This hotel has at least 5 conference/ball rooms and a bar area. That being said, I don't understand why my family had to "fight" our way through the lobby to the front desk. The wedding guest were allowed to block the entrance and clutter the lobby as they ate and socialized. We finally made it to the desk to check in and could barely hear nor converse to complete the check in.
The room did not have a refrigerator nor a microwave. This hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast and our room did not have a room service menu.
In short this is the most unprofessional Hilton I have ever visited. And this hotel is not family friendly.
