I had an excellent experience. I have a '18 Pacifica Hybrid. It's had a ton of software recalls & RRTs in my first year of ownership. I've been to a few dealers in the area and keep getting bad service. So another RRT, I thought I'd give another dealer a try.

First, I love how you can schedule your appointment online. Not you fill out a form online and then someone calls you to ask you the same questions you already answered on the online form.

Darrin was my service advisor. He was a good communicator about the status of my car.

The dealership also has a coupon on its website for a free loaner for recalls which they honored.

Hot tip: (I've only been here once) but I picked up my car on a Saturday morning which you should avoid at all costs because it's super busy. I assume every Saturday morning is like this but I could be wrong.
