I'm at the location in Springfield. Ive called and reached out to Peakcare and you haven't returned my call or last email. I've asked my property manager Ashley for her direct supervisor and regional managers name and she refuses to give me the information and insists to reach out to you guys, but you wont respond to emails, voicemails and when i do call your number, no one answers. I can see why she doesn't care about her residents cause you guys obliviously don't as well. Most unprofessional property management ive ever delt with. How do I contact regional manager about concerns with your property manager?
