Rooms are lacking. Quality is missing. Shower never hot and room A/C is always on maximum. Kitchen cupboards falling apart and dirty equipment in the apartments. For a Budget hotel fine, be under no illusions for any other level of star rating.

Update. The hotel has been very accomodating, rectified the shower and A/C. So thanks.

Shows staff are responsive and offering guests the best experience possible. For clarification, I am staying the week in a hotel apartment not a hotel room.
