Very disappointed, I have been bringing my car to VW Waterloo for 6 years for every service, last august I took it to them for an issue where my car wasnt starting all the time so they put in spark plugs said that was the issue and sent me on my way. 2 days later it wasnt starting, had it towed to the dealership where they had it for 3 days finally said it was the ignition coil. So once again had it replaced all said and down $700+ fast forward a year and a month and a half later check engine light comes on so I take it into the shop and turns out it's the ignition coil again. So I ask vw what the warranty is on the work they performed last year and they said a year i asked if they would do anything to help me out seeing as how it's only 1 month out. They said nope. I will never bring my car back to VW waterloo. Also I will be letting everyone I know who has a vw know aswell.
