Tomorrow Saturday making it one week since I was involved in an accident this guy hit my car from the back and i have been calling this insurance till now the are unable to get my car repaired, they have asked me thousands of questions and I answered them the lady said i should email them i did many times still yet nothing has been done yet calling them will take you like 3hrs before someone will answer the phone and up till now they haven't said anything about my still at Towing company so I think right now the only thing is to involve my lawyer at this point cause what this insurance is doing is totally not right
