Standing by their sale!

I purchased a used Toyota - I was looking for a standard shift and my search landed me at Stevens. I have been driving a stick for about 10 years and was looking forward to having my "new stick" after a couple of SUVs with auto trans. I had a good experience working with Bill, their used vehicle salesman, and drove away. Four days later, when I was back at home in NY, the clutch went. Speaking with the general manager, I was assured that the dealership would stand by their sale and they were true to their word. After the repair, I received reimbursement for the full cost. It's easy to be cynical about car dealerships, however, I must say I was very impressed by their level of service and commitment to their sales. I would highly recommend this dealership.
