Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid extra to have direct debit go out on a particular date which they didnt do. Took payment early causing bank charges. Refused to admit mistake or even help. When they finally moved the payment ended up with them takinh two payments in the same month. Appalling organisation have lodged a formal complaint with ths FSA and the ombudsman.
