This dealership is now local to me and I m glad as my overall experience was great. Brought the car in for service and was greeted by a very kind and professional Service Advisor Megan. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and with no frustration of being upsold unnecessary parts and labor from Technician Nick, who happens to be a car enthusiast like myself. I should also note, I had an unforeseen mechanical problem that was later repaired by this dealership. My concerns with the repairs on the vehicle were put to rest by GM Frank who I can say is compassionate to costumers.

If purchasing a car from this dealership is anything like my experience with the service department, then I m looking forward to buying my next new VW.
