My husband & I were out Sunday, looking for a car for me, just shopping but not buying anything. I was looking for something comfortable. I subscribe to Consumer Report and knew that Lexus rated very well in all the categories. We were going to stop by 3 car companies that rated well. Our first stop was Lexus, we walked in the showroom and saw the RX350L, didn t know anything about the car, but it was beautiful & it was a Lexus. Tom Schmidt, our salesman, was not pushy nor phony! He explained & showed us the car very nicely. We took a test drive which I really didn t want to do, because we were just looking not buying. That was it! That car was smooth! We were sold!!!
Everyone involved was wonderful. Tom Schmidt was just so to the point, everything he said about the car was true, Alex, the lady in financing was so pleasant & knew her job well. The young man that helped us with all the technical stuff, Roman Brown, was wonderful too, but most of all, we LOVE the car! It s smooth, handles well, drives like a sedan. The sound system is great, the turning radius is awesome, you can make a U-turn in that car with ease, it feels like you re in a well fitted leather glove, it s wonderful! I m getting compliments on the color & I ve been told it s a sexy looking car, I know, TMI ! My husband loves MY RX350L as much as I do, I think he needs his own RX350L!
