My service adviser Seth was amazing. Very polite and helpful. Also very knowledgeable. As a woman I do not know much about cars and question everything, he never belittled me and explained everything well so I could understand. Also not only made me feel comfortable about the knowledge of my car but about my appearance at the dealership since was not feeling well still made me accept my time at the Toyota dealership of McDonough while my car was being serviced. I also booked an appointment with a different adviser since I had him to my prior visit, since he was busy Seth stepped up and helped me and because Seth was such a wonderful help I did not even worry about my appointment with other adviser. Should see Seth if need service done to your Toyota.
