I can't speak for the sales department because I did not purchase my Acura RDX at this location. When it comes to the service department they are horrible! I have taken my car here a few times for the normal oil change/tire rotation just because this dealership is my "neighborhood dealership" right by my house however after my last experience I will NEVER take my car back and I will drive extra to the Pompano dealership who actually know what the meaning of customer service and honesty and integrity mean. I called for a quote because I had messed up my side mirror backing out of my garage I spoke to Al he was supposed to get back with me I had to call back and follow up I was given a price then the price magically went up $150 after taxes a misc. fees. I went to take it in but just had a bad gut feeling about it and I was so right! When I was asked to sign the quote the numbers weren't adding up I asked for a better breakdown and how could the taxes on a $400 service up me to $600. Al gave me a little calculator print out with no descriptions of the work and added in some bs fees saying 1.5 hours of labor...etc. thinking I was some dumb young girl who wouldn't question it and would just pay....Well so wrong and you messed with the wrong girl! I did need to get it done but told him I would only sign contingent upon if I found a lower rate at another dealership they would match it. He seemed VERY annoyed and FRUSTRATED with me for asking questions but sorry dealerships tend to have a bad rap for overcharging customers and taking advantage of people (especially women). I left in my rental I had to get to work and immediately called Pompano Acura spoke to Steve and he got me a quote for $390 total for the EXACT SAME JOB for $210 less!!! and did the job in 45 min (I was told in Delray it was a 1.5 hour job) my instinct was right I was being taken advantage of and I immediately called and said either you match this price or you no longer have permission to work on my car. They would not match the price stupidly and lost the sale as long as me as a forever customer.

If you own a Hyundai Ralph is AMAZING its a shame he isn't in charge of the Acura side or the whole Service department at this dealership because I would come back if that happened. He was willing to help from the start although he didn't have any pull on the Acura side I want to give him credit for superior customer service which goes a long way in today's society with all the competition. The owner of this place should really re-evaluate his tactics and employees and put the people who are great at what they do on top and then they could turn this place around.
