I walked in with the expectation of getting swarme...

I walked in with the expectation of getting swarmed by car salesmen that we re hoping to make a quick dime off of me (that s any location though). Instead I was greeted by a young gentleman who only seemed interested in ensuring that I was receiving the best customer service. His name was Kareem. Kareem was very patient and knowledgable when answering my questions. He made the experience about me and not once did I feel like he was just trying to sell me something. All in all it was a great experience at DCH Toyota...walked out as a very pleased customer. Kareem, thanks for the great customer service! Highly recommend going to this guy!
