Worst Hotel in Omaha. No Heat in room. Couldn't use pool because- no heat in there either. No mention of that on website. Day staff were unfriendly and I will never stay again. paid 140.00 - for a hotel with no heat and no pool!!!! and no apology from Justin- the day manager! Worst Service ever!
