Tom at the service desk told me to be quiet and interrupted me several times when I was talking about my car and trying to ask questions about services. If he was still busy with some other things I could have waited until he was done. I would have gone to Wayzata but I could not wait another week for service. My ac was out. If I was quoted $450 over there I should not have to plead to have the same price. He was not being very friendly. I was asking about the tire swap service for winter because I had never heard that before. You have to spend $1500+ for their aftermarket set, and they charge you everytime you have to swap and reprogram the sensors otherwise the sensors don't work. I had more questions but was shooed away because he apparently was working with another customer who wasn't around. I was being as polite as a person can. If the customer service doesn't scare you away, surely the prices will.
