i had my truck in the shop 3 times witin 300 miles. i had oil pressure trouble and they only fixed half of it cleaning the screen but not changing the sensor so i had to pay to tow it there a second time where they changed the sensor and replaced my battery, a few days later my truck wouldnt get any power at all; i called them up and they insisted to send thier tow truck to take it to the dealership. they didnt get it in that night but told me it would be done first thing in the morning. i called at 1 in the afternoon and they still didnt get it in yet. at 4 they called and said they just got it in and it appeared the battery was messed with and blamed it on me for shorting out a main fuse; which i dont agree with because it was a brand new battery and only karl tyler worked on my trucks plus i use my alarm system so no one could of tampered with my battery; i feel the tech was in a hurry and didnt do the job right and when something happened he pasted the blame. i will not be returning to this dealership or any others under same ownership which is a shame because i just became a customer and work in another state so at least need a oil change every other month. i hope you can fix these staff errors to keep other customers. good luck
