Room was mediocre, and had ants, customer service was horrible on the 1st night, we arrived and our rooms were not ready, we came with a big party and was told that we could have side by side rooms but when we got to the hotel we were placed down the hall from each other. The service desk made up for the horrible customer service for the rest of our stay greeting us with smiles and willing spirits.
