I think the mark of a great company is the customer service they give. It was totally not their fault but Canada Post folded the envelope of my son's pictures into too small a box and in doing so creased several of the pictures. I called in and Kim could NOT have been more pleasant or helpful in resolving the issue to my absolute delight. Our son's graduation photos are a one time thing and helping to make it right is something that Edge Imaging understands. Having to deal with crazy parents all day long must take someone very special but again, Kim ruled the day. Well done!
