Excellent customer service! If you call not answering phones, emails & even WhatsApp messages excellent !

Phone calls don t get answered, emails don t get answered, WhatsApp messages get sent, delivered & also read. But guess what....THEY DONT GET ANSWERED!!!

Was stuck outside the UK & these people didn t help at all!!

Was sent random misleading information about flight timings that didn t even concern my flight.

They re just after your money & that s it!
