Everything at the resort was fantastic. I do however have to say that there need to be some SERIOUS improvement with the service at the bar in the Margaritaville restaurant. I had read previous reviews on TripAdvisor about this and I don't normally take the negative reviews seriously but in this instance they were all true. We would sit for a while at the bar to be waited on and the bartender would either take forever to acknowledge us or wouldn't even be behind the bar. My husband and I both have worked in the restaurant business so we completely understand if they were busy but that was not the case. Most of the time there was maybe 4 people sitting there. One afternoon we waiting for about 10 minutes and the bartender never came out of the kitchen so we left and went to the Landshark Restaurant and had the best server. Wish I could remember her name. She was a petite Asian girl and she was the most friendliest and attentive server.
