I would give Rachel, the girl at the front desk a zero rating. She really treats people horribly. Her attitude is terrible. Hey Rachel, if you don't like your job or the citizens that come to the shelter, go work elsewhere! You're a public servant. Get it? Servant. You're there to serve us and it should be with a smile, not a scowl.

I'm giving the shelter a three because we love the puppy we adopted, key word "puppy". The information we were given was that his age was about a year and a half. We bring him home and he's chewing crazily. Definitely still a young pup, but still a fantastic fellow.
