Terrible, To start with my 84 year old father was told he had a touch of pneumonia he was sent home. Two days later I took him back to the E R we were told he had full blown pneumonia. They admitted him to the hospital and three days later they gave him medication that he had taken in the past he could not tolerate. When the family tried to communicate to the Doctor and nurses about this medicine. They still gave it to him. It caused confusion, hallucination, lost of appetite and he refused his medicine by mouth. Also pulled I V out. We ask could one family member go in to help calm him so he could get his bearings. No way unless he was going to pass away. Basicly they killed my DADDY. I definitely do not recommend this hospital the nursing staff or the doctor that was treating him. We believe in our hearts he would still be here if we were allowed to be there to encourage him.
