This is the poorest service of any car dealer I have had to deal with. I called up for a quote last week, didn't receive it. I then called this week to follow up as maybe the email address was taken incorrectly (gave the dealer the benefit of doubt). Today I still have not received a quote. Called to speak to the manager, unavailable to speak to me. Well you've missed out on a sale of two utes mate. We have a fleet of 15 cars that we update regularly. Very very poor customer service. And this isn't the first time I've experienced this at Essendon Mazda.
