If I had time to type out my entire experience with Baxter, I would say that it was below average customer service. The follow-up and follow-through was terrible from the people that we ended up
having to work with. However, I would like to take the time to point out someone that REALLY stood out to me and is the ONLY reason we came back to Baxter to purchase our vehicle. Gene Bell. This guy is an honest, down-to-earth guy and he does not give off the "car salesman" vibe what-so-ever. He wasn't even our salesman but still took care of us like a number one priority, knowing he would not get credit for the sale (since we had originally started with someone else). If you walk into Baxter and want to talk to someone who is going to make you feel like you're not a dollar sign, ask for Gene! I have been passing out his business cards left and right!
