Delivering quality healthcare is difficult for a number of reasons. These challenges are exacerbated in the care for our senior population. Economics, family expectations, staffing and more make this an increasingly difficult task. However, Meadowbrook Care Center has demonstrated an ability to combine a nurturing environment with the delivery of quality care.
I would like to specifically thank Joyce in admissions and Jeanne and Scott in Physical Therapy who have been wonderful and helpful. Natalia and the care delivery Team have helped to make this challenging situation more manageable. The key is the culture created by the ownership Team. It starts with the first experience at the front desk and continues with others throughout the building.
